What happens during the appointment?
Before the treatment starts, the massage therapist checks the client’s consultation form and asks for information about changes, pain, injury or stress.
The massage room is tidy and clean; all the equipment and surfaces have been wiped and sanitised after every client.
There is a 30-minute buffer between every client’s appointment to have enough time for clients to get ready in a relaxed environment.

What do I need to do on the first appointment?

During the first visit, the massage therapist will go through the client’s consultation form with the client and ask relevant questions to give a clear picture of the discomfort the client is experiencing and how the massage therapist can help. The first consultation is 10-15 minutes and is free.
